    cook-to-order breakfast
    nonfunctional elevator
    broken toilet handle

The cook-to-order breakfast was fantastic and delicious.

My experience was ruined by numerous issues. The elevator buttons were completely nonfunctional, and trying to reach the front desk early in the morning was infuriating. I shouldn't have to struggle just to leave the hotel when there are serious accessibility issues, especially for someone disabled. Additionally, the broken toilet handle made an already challenging situation worse, leading me to a desperate attempt at a workaround.

    bed frame
    elevators

the bed frame was an obstacle course, absolutely ridiculous. the elevators were a ghost town, leaving me stranded at 4 am, how could they even say they're accessible? and after the chaos of other guests at the pool, i woudl ve expected a complimentary room upgrade, but no, just more disappointment. i almost thought of giving a good review but just couldn't.

    quiet room
    efficient ice machine

This was a well-suited match for a holiday in Midland with all in all brilliant value for money. The room was quiet, and the ice machine worked great. Plan ahead for breakfast. some dishes are served to you.

    cook-to-order breakfast
    hot sandwiches
    attentive staff
    uncomfortable bed frame
    non-responsive elevators

Grabbed a delish cook-to-order breakfast that had my taste buds dancing, and those hot sandwiches from Potbelly? Pure bliss! Plus, the staff brought their A-game—always attentive and genuinely friendly.

The bed frame definitely had me fumbling around like a rookie when getting in and out. And the elevators? Total no-show at times, left me trying to get the front desk's attention early in the morning.

    elevator service
    accessibility issues

I particularly enjoyed the impressive high ceiling lobby area, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The combination of modern design and quiet spaces allowed me to relax comfortably, making my stay feel special and enjoyable.

Better elevator service would enhance accessibility.

    convenient location
    delicious breakfast
    clean room
    challenging bed frame

location great but lacked attention to detail

The hotel's location was very convenient for accessing local attractions and dining options. The cook-to-order breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering delicious choices that set a nice tone for the day. The overall cleanliness of the room was commendable, ensuring a comfortable environment during my stay.

Upon arrival, I found the bed frame challenging, making it difficult to get in and out comfortably.

    cozy lobby
    great pool
    festive atmosphere
    slow breakfast service

    Great location with awesome amenities!

The pool area was a hit, and the location is super handy—just a short drive from the airport. Enjoyed the cozy lobby with that Christmas tree, very festive vibes. Only thing was the breakfast timing. some items took a while to come out.

The outdoor pool area was simply delightful, perfect for enjoying the sun between conference sessions. The Pavilion Lounge was a lovely spot to unwind with its cozy ambiance and festive vibes, making an old lady feel special.

Better elevator service would be appreciated for seniors.
